The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate.
Condition:
There are intermittent tension cracks along all four edges. There is a faint stretcher mark with associated cracking running down the central axis of the work and further cracking elsewhere, notably towards the centre of the lower half of the composition and the top right hand quadrant. There is a media accretion towards the top right hand corner and a few further small light accretions elsewhere. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
