Catalogue Note
Nasgaard notes that Gaucher "produced a suite of three large but stringently composed prints entitled Hommage à Webern...to commemorate the impact of an Anton Webern concert he had heard in Paris the year before", and that "it is in these prints, as Gaucher has always insisted, that he attained his artistic maturity."
