Condition

STRUCTURE Original canvas. The paint surface is dirty and should benefit well from cleaning; otherwise the work appears in good overall condition. ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT UV light reveals small areas of retouching mainly located to the background, three of which correspond with supported repairs along the top of the stretcher, and another near the lower right edge of the stretcher. Also some small flecks of retouching to the girl's chest and left side of her neck. FRAME Held in the original Watts style frame.
