Description

  • LEATHER MAHOGANY OAK
  • 82cm. high, 140cm. wide, 78cm. deep; 2ft. 8¼in., 4ft. 7in., 2ft. 6¾in.
in the manner of William Kent, the shaped top with a tooled leather insert above three frieze drawers and two pedestal cupboard doors fashioned as dummy drawers, one enclosing adjustable shelves the other three drawers, on a plinth with concealed castors

Condition

This is of extremely good quality and is a very good version of the 18th century model. The quality of the carving is very good and the piece is beautifully constructed. The desk has been recently sympathetically restored and is in a ready to use condition.
