Condition
General wear including wear to staining of top, to decoration on vellum and throughout, evidence of woodworm to top and throughout. Losses to constructional parts including five of the `buttresses` under the top and to a few of the bone elements are missing and many others have been crudely reglued. Some losses to tips of the broken circles on the sides ; a couple of opening joints in other areas. One strip with metal inlay just above the bones element on one leg. Piece would benefit from judicious restoration.
