The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration, although the overall tonality is lighter in the original.
The work is executed on a sheet of cream wove paper.
The sheet is not fixed on the mount.
Some artist's pinholes are only visible under very close inspection :
- 3 in the upper left corner
- 3 in the upper right corner
- 2 in the lower left corner
- 2 in the lower right corner.
This work is in excellent condition.
