Description
- ivory (marine and elephant), coral (red), ebony
consisting of five items: a pair of scissors, a makta, a penknife, a gold-burnisher, a pair of tweezers, the scissors composed of steel overlaid with gold, the handles with coral and ebony tips, the ivory makta carved with openwork floral stems emanating from vases and a bow to the top, the penknife with a marine ivory and coral handle, the gold-burnisher with an ivory handle carved with leafy scrolls and an agate tip, the damascened tweezers with a coral and ebony top
Condition
All in good condition, some minor cracks to the marine ivory and coral on the penknife, as viewed.
