Fitted with two drawers. Appears to be veneered in the bois clair taste perhaps in satinwood or sycamore. Ebonizing paint later.
Condition
Redecorated; appears to be veneered in 'bois clair' wood; center of top with a long old age crack with slight warpage to top and subsequent tear to the velvet lining; the velvet lining with wear and stains; chips and losses to the later ebonized decoration throughout with some inpainting.
