Dial inscribed Warranted for Mr. Thomas Thompson and Simon Willard; dial incorporating a date wheel and phases of the moon, the interior of the door retains a paper trade label for Simon Willard. The back of the moon phase wheel inscribed Warranted for Mr. Thomas Thompson and Simon Willard.  This clock is in an extraordinary state of presentation. Appears to retain its original weights, finials, and pendulum.

Condition

the bottom of the rear feet have been patched 3/16 in.; the secondary wood is white pine; the clock case has been refinished; the case sides have been trimmed at their tops approximately 2 3/4 in. but appears original in its construction.
