Description

Set with circular-cut and pear-shaped sapphires, brilliant-cut and marquise-shaped diamonds, the centre opening to reveal a circular dial applied with baton indicators, signed Patek Philippe, Genève, inner circumference approximately 170mm, maker's marks.

Ref 3266 / 3383, Case maker's kex 12, Movement Gyromax Balance adjusted Heat Cold Isochronism, 5 positions, 20 jewels. Stamped with the Geneva seal Hallmark

Sapphires overall well matched in colour, with few scratches, nicks and abrasions. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 15.00 - 16.00 carats, on average of G-H colour and VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in mounting. Movement in running condition at time of cataloguing, please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee future working condition of watches. Dial signed Patek Philippe Genève. Dial revealed in pulling one small round sapphire away from main body. Clasp secure, safety catches to either side. Signs of little wear to the metal, few scratches consistent with use. In good condition.
