Condition
Overall in very good original condition. The oak surfaces throughout appear to retain their original finish, displaying a superb wood selection with exceptional figuring and deep rich color. The oak surfaces throughout with some occasional light surface scratches, surface abrasions and edge wear consistent with age and gentle use. The proper right arm with a few very small and minor stains to the top. The proper left arm with a very small transparent dark stain to the top approximately ΒΌ inch. The interior side panels (which are concealed by the side seat cushions) appear slightly dry with some light surface soiling and scattered tiny black paint drips. As expected, there are a few small tight age cracks to the wood, and minor shifting of the inset panels, as a result of the natural expansion and contraction of the wood over time. With second generation dark brown leather seat and side cushions. A beautiful example of this elegant architectonic form.
