The metal frame of the chandelier is in very good condition, showing gentle wear to finish, and scattered minor discolorations consistent with the natural aging process of the metal and some light surface dirt. The shades are later and are based on the lampshade design that would have appeared with these sconces at the time of the production. The shades are in good condition with minor surface dirt. One shade with a very small tear to the fabric measuring less than a half inch and is obstructed in the overlap fabric of the design. The chandelier is electrically stable and has been illuminated for the exhibition.
