Condition
Overall in very good condition. With some occasional small air bubble inclusions and minor particulate inclusions throughout, all inherent in the making. There is a small internal fissure inside the perimeter edge of the pontil mark which does not appear to go through the body of the glass and appears to be inherent in the making when the pontil was removed. The exterior of the vase with a few light and fine surface scratches. The underbase with two small old collection labels. The interior of the vase is intensely iridized, imparting the vase with a strong sense of luminosity which is not entirely visible in the catalogue illustration. A striking example displaying impressive scale and strong bold color.
