Condition

Overall very good condition. The tables were recently cleaned and lightly waxed by a professional restorer after the catalogue photograph was taken. The lots with some minor discolorations remaining to the top surfaces, however the lighter areas of the top visible in the catalogue illustration were minimized by the waxing and cleaning. With some light dryness to the wood. With minor edge nicks and scratches to the tops of the table. The feet with concentrated nicks, scratches and dings consistent with use. The cypress used in these tables with detailed figuring and with the light finish applied, the natural characteristics of the wood are evident. In person, the pieces with a very nice sculptural presence in the simple construction and unique shape.
