With some surface residue to the underbase, that is easily removed. The rim has appears to have been lightly ground down. There is a minor glass fiber or particle suspended within the glass of the foot of the vase, which is only visible on close inspection of the interior, and is inherent in the making. This vase with nicely modeling to the decoration and a brilliant coloration when viewed in person.
