Catalogue Note

"There is infinite variety in the flesh tones; some are toward the blue, others are warmer and more yellowish; as a matter of fact, depending upon the model, you have all shades of the bluish-white to very dark brown or even ebony. The shadows on the cold-colored skins are toward the purple. You can get a good purplish shadow by mixing ultramarine blue, orange and alizarin crimson. For the warmer skin tones a shadow made with viridian green and light red will be of warm brownish tone."
