Condition

Illustration is quite accurate. Good overall condition. As expected, retouchings and few chips to the gilding. One marble top broken and now restored. Please note that the console "en suite" has been made only a few years later and most probably by another work shop. That is why the sculpture is slightly different on each console. Nevertheless , they present the same structure and the same delicate look and they both date from 18th century. Very attractive pair with fine carving and nice marble tops.
