Condition

Illustration is quite accurate. Good condition. The clock is signed (in a cartouche on the front) "Balthazar Martinot A Paris", as well as the movement . Dark velvet background redone. High quality of gilt bronze. Very well-preserved and beautiful 17th century clock.
