Large 4to (384 x 320mm.), 141 full-page watercolours on thin paper, nearly all captioned in ink in Chinese in the lower right corner, each mounted on paper, recto only, mid nineteenth-century citron half morocco gilt, spine in compartments with raised bands gilt, bookplate of Annie Cowdray, some drawings torn or with old repaired tears, some light dust-soiling or spotting, binding slightly rubbed
