after a Fürstenburg model by Simon Feilner of circa 1754, standing by a tree stump on an oval-shaped base applied with flowers
Condition
Typical minor losses and chips to applied leaves and flowers on the base. Small chips to the applied ribbons on his left shoe.

For an example of the original Fürstenburg model in the Pflueger Collection (formerly Blohm Collection), see Siegfried Ducret, Fürstenburger Porzellan, 1965, plate 38. It is the only recorded example known and is now in the Museum of Fine Arts ,Boston, called 'figure of Brigadel' no. 2006.889.
