The rectangular engine-turned gold case mystery-set at the corners with calibré-cut sapphires, gross weight approximately 115 dwts., measuring approximately 4¾ by 3 1/8  by ½ inches, signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered 43618, maker's mark, French assay mark.

Condition

Gentle scratching to the exterior and a small amount of watermarking discoloration to the interior. Sapphires are a rich medium deep blue and of good clarity. Minor amounts of abrasions to a few of the sapphires, and one chipped at a corner. Otherwise in good condition.
