Catalogue Note
Der wolkenlose Himmel ist ins gelbe Licht der aufgehenden Sonne getaucht, noch ist der anbrechende Sommertag jung, noch ist es wohl still im Luzerner Bauernhaus, das der Betrachter inmitten von Bäumen am Fusse eines Hügels entdecken kann. Der Blick ist gerahmt von drei Wegkreuzen. Hochgewachsen, einen Schotterpfad säumend, erscheinen diese als natürliche Fortsetzung des Baumes zu ihrer rechten. Robert Zünd gelang es mit diesem Landschaftsbild eine Einheit zwischen der Natur und dem vom Menschen Geschaffenen zu erzeugen durch eine Atmosphäre geprägt von Stille und Kraft.
