This work is in good condition overall. There is light wear and handling, mainly on the corners and along the edges of the piece. A small protrusion on the upper left corner and a minute spot of paint loss on the upper middle (on the white part of the hat) is apparent only upon close observation. A tiny fleck of paint loss is evident on the middle left (edge of the left eye). Paint layers are otherwise well-preserved and in sound condition. Under ultraviolet light inspection there is no evidence of restoration. Unframed, on stretcher.
