the central panel painted with the Annunciation, the left panel with two bishop saints and the right with St. Panteleimon and a monk saint, the frames of all the panels finely cast and chased with columns and scrolling floral ornament, the top of the central panel set with five domes surmounted by crosses, the exterior of the hinged doors similarly finely chased to complement the interior decoration and closing with a shaped hasp at the base, the back with a suspension ring

the icons painted on metal and with some losses; several of the crosses slightly bent; an engraved dedicatory inscription on the reverse almost entirely rubbed away and the back with some scratches
