after a design by Mikhail Adamovich, centered with Cyrillic inscriptions 'RSFSR' and '25th October 1917', the borders decorated with hammer, sickle and red star, with artist's cipher, manufactory mark dated 1921, po ris. Adamovicha and Imperial cipher for Nicholas II dated 1915

Minor flaking to the gilding, otherwise in very good overall condition.
