of arched and shaped rectangular form, enamelled in translucent powder blue over moiré engine-turning, the two apertures bordered with chased and gilt acanthus, ivory back, gilt-metal strut, struck with partial workmaster's initials _A(?), 88 standard

Condition

The enamel in excellent condition. The silver originally gilt, now mostly worn. The ivory back with narrow chip at edge, approx. 19mm wide. Three (of eight) screws lacking.
