the kettle with lobed body chased and engraved with rocaille ornament, turned wood swing handle and knop, the stand with pierced apron, the burner within three scroll legs, shell feet, struck with maker's mark VMO (Cyrillic) in a heart (Postnikova-Losseva no. 2323)

The pins are replaced; otherwise in good overall condition consistent with age.
