the lid with polychrome plique-à-jour flowers and scrolls, the sides and canted corners with similar cloisonné decoration on stippled grounds within blue line and geometric borders, bracket feet, the base engraved with Latin initials EFH, 84 standard

Condition

There are minor areas of successful restoration to the cloisonné enamel especially to the back on the box and further restoration to the plique a jour enamel on the lid.
