Condition

Original canvas, which is a little loose on the stretcher. The paint surface is slightly dirty with a layer of lightly discoloured varnish. Some minor paint abrasion is visible to the upper inner frame edge. UV light reveals no apparent retouching. Held in a gold painted wooden frame. Unexamined out of frame.
