ink and color on paper laid down onto card, framed.
Condition
The scroll has been mounted onto a board and framed - the board and frame are now warped and the piece does not sit flat against a wall. There are several large patches of dark brown discoloration on the left hand side of the image - visible in the catalogue photo. The surface overall is somewhat rubbed and rough and there are numerous small tears and folds where the thin paper was laid down. There is a 2 inch round patch of cracking on the wall between the vase shop and the shop adjacent to it towards the bottom right of the image. There is a curved scratch running through the center left of the image through the bushes and wall above the gate. There are numerous small tears and losses in the sky on the upper left.
