Description

  • height of the first pair 12 1/2 in.; the second 7 in.
  • 31.8 cm; 17.8 cm
the first pair with circular base on tripod feet, rising to a plinth of basketweave design below a two-part spiralling fluted column centered upon a beaded knop, a horizontal beaded disc below basketweave candle socket; the second with fluted stepped conical base rising to narrow spirally-fluted and beaded baluster-form stem, the tall cylindrical socket pierced with fine geometric openwork, surmounted by a beaded rim.

Condition

Minor age cracks and surface abrasions throughout. One foot with a glued crack. Some components loose. Minor flaws and discoloration.
