the black slate plinth supporting a circular molded pedestal supporting a spreading circular foot and stem surmounted by a bowl with molded collar and molded rim.  Restorations.

Condition

Overall good condition; the black slate plinth detached and associated; the molded rim with a shallow chip approximately 1/2 inch long by 1/8 deep; some very minor infilled chips to rim; the bowl with an old repaired break; old restored breaks to stem, but not visible to the naked eye.
