Condition
The first: M A Rooker: This work has been carefully presented. The sheet has been laid down. There is a crease which maybe a previous tear running horizantally across the sheet through the centre. It is visible from the catalogue illustration and on close inspection. There is minor staining and minor fading to the pigments overall.
The second: Circle of Paul Sandby: This work has been carefully preserved and presented. The sheet is not laid down but hinged to the current mount at two places along the upper sheet edge. The pigments remain delicately clean and clear as intended. There is very minor surface dirt overall.
