each decorated around the rim in white slip and raised gilding with a border of alternating pale-blue ground panels of classical maidens and cupids or stylized foliate motifs, printed gilt crowned MINTONS globe mark, retailer's mark for TIFFANY & CO. NEW YORK and MADE IN ENGLAND, impressed MINTONS and date year cypher, pattern number H.3696.
Condition
One plate with a fine 2-inch hairline crack running down from the rim to the bottom of the plate.
