Gorham's Martelé records, as reproduced by Larry Pristo in Martelé 950-1000 Gorham's Art Nouveau Silver, 2002, p. 396, indicate that Platters PBX and PBO were completed on October 3rd and October 16, 1917.  The identities of the makers and chasers have not been identified but it is known that PBX was raised in 33 hours and chased for 55 3/4 hours and that PBO was made in 40.9 hours and chased for 55 hours.  The net factory priced for the two platters was $374.
