Description

  • Pair of Gargoyles in the form of a monkey and a tongue-poker
  • limestone, on associated stone bases

Condition

There is overall weathering, wear and dirt consistent with having been outside including some organic growth to the surface. There are a few minor losses. The bottom right corner of the monkey has been reattached. The head of the tongue-poker has been reattached. Otherwise the condition of the pair is stable. The gargoyles are fixed to the bases with metal rods.
