Engraving, 1514, a very fine Meder a impression with particularly strong contrasts, the dark vertical band clearly visible, on paper without watermark as is consistent with the earliest and finest impressions of this subject

Condition

Trimmed between platemark and borderline retaining a fillet of blank paper outside the engraved border, in very good condition apart from a small repaired tear (approximately 7-10mm) at lower edge of sheet, a soft horizontal central fold only visible verso, some small thin areas along lower edges of sheet, unframed.
