Acquired from the above by Hedwig Ullmann, Frankfurt-am-Main in 1919;
Thence by descent to the present owners.

Condition

The painting is in clean and in good condition and offered in a painted gold frmae in good condition. The modern relining is effective and has not flattened the paint surface. Stretcher marks can be made out on the recto. In good original condition, as confirmed by inspection under UV light.
