Condition
This watercolour has been carefully presented. Although some of the more delicate pigments have faded, the overall power of the work has been retained. Around the extreme edges of the sheet the paper has stained as a result of contact with a previous mount, There is a tiny paper blemish to the right of the setting sun. This can only be seen on very close inspection. The sheet has been laid down.
