Condition

This work has been well preserved and carefully presented. Recto: The watercolour pigments have remained generally fresh and clear, although some of the more delicate colours may have faded very slightly. Verso: The grey washes remain very fresh. Around the extreme edges of the sheet there is some minor discolouration, which is associated with a previous mount. This work has not been laid down.
