Condition

The canvas has been relined. The paint surface is secure and in good condition under a dirty yellowed varnish. There is some frame abrasion along the upper and lower margins. Inspection under UV light reveals scattered retouchings throughout, most notable in the darker areas. Offered in a gilt wood frame in good condition.
