The canvas has an old loose relining and there are some scattered old damages in the paint surface, visible in the catalogue illustration. The paint surface a[[ears to be in good condition under a dirty, old, yellowed varnish. Inspection under UV light is impeded by the aforementioned varnish although some old scattered retouchings do fluoresce, most notably in the basket lower centre. Offered in stained wooded frame in good condition.
