Condition
Relined tightly and surface has been somewhat flattened as a result. paint surface has been well retained and there is still good detail throughout and strong coloration. ultraviolet light reveals scattered retouches to the grapes at right side, to plums lower center and to stone ledge. a few other very small retouches here and there. painting is presentable as is and there is no need for further work.
In an elaborately carved and gilt wood frame.
