Condition
Lined canvas. Very thin paint surface, particularly in the sky; fine craquelure through the sky. Under UV light: very fine touch-ups through the canvas to address the thinness, mosre extensively along the left and the bottom edges.

Fred Meijer from the Rijksbureau voor Kunsthistorische Documentatie kindly confirms the attribution to Jan Baptist Weenix based on photographs and suggests an execution date around 1650s.
