Condition

The sheet is sound. It has not been laid down but adhered to card with two small strips of adhesive tape on the upper edge. The edges are uneven and slightly worn. There is a crease running diaganolly across the upper third of the sheet and a minor crease in the upper right corner and by the centre of the left edge. There are two or three very faint and small spots of staining near the centre of the composition and some scattered handling marks; otherwise the work appears in good overall condition. Held under glass in a silver stained wood frame with a pale blue coloured wooden mount. Please telephone the department on 0207 293 6424 if you have any questions about the present work.
