Condition

This painting is unlined and well-stretched. Extensive craquelure is present throughout the work, most noticeable in the lower center and the left and right edges of the painting. The work is evenly varnished. Under ultraviolet inspection, extensive in-painting is present throughout the work, particularly in the robes of the Christ child and along the length of the left edge. Overall, this work is in good condition.
