Condition
This canvas is well stretched on a healthy stretcher. The paint layer is clean and may have been lightly varnished. Morales's work from this period is heavily scrapped and worked by the artist, and this often results in cracking. This has occurred here yet it has not given rise to any instability or paint loss and it is recommended that the painting be hung as is.
