The panel is in excellent condition. The paint is tightly bound with no paint loss evident on the panels. Tiny vertical fissures in the painted background were noted that were caused by dimensional movement in the wood panel. The white pinstripe lines are crisp and legible. The colored panels are in excellent condition and well secured to the background panels. Some of the small painted metal Ts swivel in their position. Because of their movement the Ts appear slightly irregular in their height and orientation. The Ts, which are all accounted for, are dusty with some minor corrosion and paint loss evident on the surface. Several minor nicks in the wood were observed along the outside edge of the black painted background panel. This condition report has been provided courtesy of Wilson Conservation.
