Description
- emerald, diamond, platinum
Suspending to the front with two cushion-shaped emeralds weighing approximately 44.42 and 42.50 carats, surrounded by brilliant-cut diamonds, to a necklace composed of brilliant-cut diamonds, decorated at intervals with clusters of pear-shaped diamonds, the diamonds together weighing approximately 75.00 carats, mounted in platinum and 18 karat yellow gold, length approximately 430mm, signed and numbered HSS347.
Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to Gübelin report, two emeralds are both of Colombian origin, with indications of minor clarity enhancement. Please refer to the report for details. In our opinion, the emeralds are matching, of intense green colour, eye clean and lively. Upon 10x loupe, there are natural crystals and fingerprints, generally not noticeable to naked eyes and the upper emerald (44.42 carats) is slightly cleaner. Both have good face-up brilliance. Diamonds on the necklace are about E to G colours, VVS to VS clarity. Signed Cartier and numbered to the clasp.
Condition: Signs of minor wear to the mount, otherwise in very good condition.
