Condition

A close inspection reveals some scattered stable flattened hairline craquelures and shrinkage as well as some tiny spots of paint-loss towards the lower edge and in the upper right quadrant. There is also some very faint evidence of old frame-rubbing and minor superficial scratches along the edges. Examination under UV light reveals some scattered areas of old retouching, mostly in the lower part of the composition. This work remains in good condition.
